What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs on a wide range of motorcycles
• Supporting senior technicians with inspections, part replacements, and workshop tasks
• Learning on the job—developing diagnostic and mechanical skills in a live environment
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
• Taking pride in every job and delivering high-quality results

What we’re looking for:

• Some hands-on experience or formal training in motorcycle mechanics (college course or similar is great)
• A passion for bikes and a genuine desire to build a career in the industry
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to doing things properly
• A motorcycle licence is a bonus—but not essential

Company background
SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward almost 15 years and we’ve grown into Europe's largest used motorcycle retailer with over 3000 motorcycles in stock!

We now have 6 sites across the UK. Head office is in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol, Milton Keynes and Crawley, employing over 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
